RQ-4B (Global Hawk) Sustainment Repair Support

This contract provides for the repair and sustainment of the RQ-4B Global Hawk and Navy MQ-4C Triton systems, including shared common items, sensor packages, and support equipment. Managed by the Air Force Sustainment Center's Supply Chain Contracting Division at Robins AFB, Georgia, the effort transitions repair responsibilities from Contractor Logistics Support to U.S. Air Force-managed supply chains. Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems serves as the sole source prime integrator due to its exclusive proprietary technical data rights, configuration control, and unique integration capabilities, making other sources incapable of satisfying the agency's requirements. The contract is a requirements-type award utilizing various pricing structures, including Firm Fixed Price, Fixed-Price Incentive Fee, and Cost Plus Fixed Fee. The period of performance extends from July 1, 2021, through December 31, 2028, consisting of a base period, six one-year options, and a final six-month extension. Recent modifications focus on finalizing pricing for Option 5 (CY26) and Option 6 (CY27), with the final six-month extension remaining to be negotiated. Performance is primarily based in California, with inspection and acceptance conducted at the 407th Supply Chain Management Squadron facility at Robins AFB.
