The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to solicit bids from responsive and responsible bidders for to perform full structural demolition of the residential properties located at 208 E Baker Street and 210 E Baker Street in Richmond, Virginia. RRHA requires the Contractor to mobilize and commence demolition activities as soon as possible, contingent upon issuance of all required permits. Work shall begin immediately upon permit approval and Notice to Proceed, and mobilization shall occur without delay.
