The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District is planning a requirement for a firm-fixed-price, design-bid-build construction contract to build a new Deployable Airbase System (DABS) with facilities, vehicles, and equipment (FEV) in Rygge, Norway.
