Full Description

1 NOTICE: This is a Special Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) Intends to award on a Sole Source Basis to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern (U.S. Diversified Construction Services, Inc.) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 561730, Landscaping Services, for the Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, Mississippi, 39531. The Biloxi National Cemetery has a need for a Tree Maintenance Project. The need also requires, tree trimming/pruning, cleanup and disposal of waste and debris of large trees, over 40 in height. The work shall begin at or about June 15, 2019. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit from only one source in accordance with VAAR Part 819.7007. This notice is not a request for competitive solicitation responses but interested Offerors and responsible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSBs/VOSBs) may identify an interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a response to the solicitation. All solicitation responses must be received by 14:00 (Mountain Standard Time) on May 26, 2019 and will be considered by the Government. Contractor services are to be performed at: Biloxi National Cemetery 400 Veterans Avenue, Bldg 1001 Biloxi, MS 39531 A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
