Due to current COVID conditions, and the fact that we have had a positive COVID case in the building, we have an urgent need to expand the work on janitorial contract 140L4219P0015. We are anticipating an approximate 25% increase in cleanings. The method of cleaning will remain essentially the same with a little more focus in common areas. The frequency of cleanings is where the largest change is anticipated. If you have any questions please send me an email at contact@example.gov. If no objections are received by Monday, September 7, the modification to the subject purchase order will be Tuesday, September 8.
