Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract Extension The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC, intends to award a sole source contract extension under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (2) - FAR 16.505(b) (2) (iii) - Logical Follow on order. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to Rockville Fuel & Feed Co, Inc., Rockville, MD 20850-1256. The requirement is for a Grounds Maintenance Services for Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). This action will result in a three month period of performance extension to a Firm-Fixed Price contract, commencing on 01 Jan 2011 through 31 March 2011.
