THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall Installation Contracting Office, on behalf of the Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall Directorate of Public Works (DPW) JBM-HH, Virginia intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract in accordance with Far Subpart 19.8(b) under the expressed authority of 15 U.S.C. 637(a). The JBM-HH DPW has a requirement for a contractor to provide custodial service which covers Joint-Base Myer Henderson Hall (JBMHH) which consists of Henderson Hall in Arlington, VA (within Fort Myer boundary lines) and Fort McNair in Washington, DC. The contractor shall provide full range of cleaning/custodial services post wide at Joint Base Myer -Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) to keep and maintain cleanliness of facilities at all times. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to: IMAGANN CLEANING SERVICE, INC.,MARTHA WILSON 2640 LITHONIA INDUSTRIAL BLVD,LITHONIA GA 30058-7647.
