The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-14-R-0130 for the following cemetery: Mountain Home National Cemetery P.O. Box 8, *VAMC Bldg. 117* Mountain Home, TN 37684 This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730, Size Standard is $7.0 Million. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies to remove, raise, realign, reset and clean designated flat markers as well as remove and re-install grasspave flat marker base. Contractor shall also provide total renovation of designated sections of turf at the Mountain National Cemetery, TN 37684. The work consists of removing, cleaning the markers, raising, realigning and resetting designated flat markers and re-installing existing grasspave and floral vases that are already in place and renovating designated sections of turf (border areas include the area surrounding the interment areas from roadways/fence(walls) to interment areas). The contractor shall provide all supervision, professional advice/guidance, labor, parts, materials, equipment, and personnel, to provide these services. The contractor shall have 240 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed effective date to complete all required tasks. Prospective offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website and complete representations and certifications at https://www.sam.gov. Offers received from concerns that are not Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns shall not be considered. SDVOSBs must be verified for ownership and control and listed in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov prior to the due date for proposals.
