The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-14-R-0133 for the following service: The intent of an awarded contract shall be to perform grounds maintenance at Zachary Taylor National Cemetery, Louisville, KY. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies and on-site supervision required to perform total grounds maintenance at Zachary Taylor National Cemetery, 4701 Brownsboro Rd, Louisville, KY 40207 covering the period from Date of Award through 09/30/2018, if options exercised. Zachary Taylor is a National Shrine and the standards of maintenance and appearance at this cemetery must reflect this nation's concern for those interred there. For this reason, the contractor's strict adherence to the contract specifications is required and essential. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes.
