The Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing seasonal law enforcement services and public safety training at New Melones Lake, California.

This is a Sources Sought Notice only and is not a solicitation.

Requirement
The Government is seeking sources to provide:
• One (1) certified Peace Officer (CA Penal Code §830.1 or equivalent).
• Law enforcement patrol services at New Melones Lake from approximately May 1 through October 1 each year.
• Patrol coverage during peak recreation weekends, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
• Up to approximately 120 base patrol hours annually, with up to 180 additional COR-directed optional hours.
• One patrol vehicle per assigned officer.
Additional services include:
• Two (2) eight-hour public safety training sessions per year conducted by qualified law enforcement instructors.

Capability Requirements
Interested sources must demonstrate the ability to:
