THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE AWARD AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The National Park Service intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Bobs Johns Inc for porta-john services, 406 Snowcap Ln, Durango, CO 81303-3636 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The intent of the National Park Service is to establish a purchase order using firm fixed prices. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice; however any firm that believes they have capabilities to provide this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer at contact@example.gov. All comments received before 4:30 pm MT 15 January 2014 will be considered.
