The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 15 has a need for Refuse Collection services for one base year with the option to extend up to four additional years for a total of five years. Services to be performed include: furnish necessary labor and equipment for complete refuse removal service through the use of sanitary containers, special waste containers, cardboard recycling containers, and compactions units for the following locations: VA Medical Center, John Cochran Division, St. Louis, MO; VA Medical Center, Jefferson Barracks Division, St. Louis, MO; and the VA Outreach Center, St. Louis, MO. These requirements shall be performed in accordance with all federal, state, local and commercial standards and the Specifications.
