POINT OF CONTACT IS CONTRACTING OFFICER JOYCE STEVENSON +1 (555) 000-0000, contact@example.gov in lieu of Bill Felt. Work shall include preventive maintenance and as-required repair, report preparation and other services. Contractor shall be required to perform tasks in a hazardous environment and must meet the requirements of 29 CFR 1910. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Period of performance: 12 months. The contract will include both firm fixed price and time and materials line items. Contract award will be in accordance with the evaluation factors set forth in the solicitation. A solicitation will be issued on or about Jan 13, 2006, close Feb 13, 2006. Performance effective date: o/a Mar 01, 2006.
