Professional architect/engineer, technical, and management services in support of EPA?s remedial response, enforcement oversight, and non-time critical removal activities at sites of release or threatened release of hazardous substances. These services will be provided within EPA Region 8 (which encompasses the six-state area of Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming) and on occasion in other EPA regions.
