Pre-Solicitation Notice

The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for Janitorial Services located at the North Platte Field Office located in Alcova, Natrona County, Wyoming.

It is anticipated the acquisition will be set aside will be a Total Small Business with evaluation criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and main technical pass/fail criteria.

It is intended that the RFQ will be posted on or about August 18, 2026, via the SAM.gov website under the Notice ID: 140R6026Q0125, for an anticipated base year, plus four (4) 1-year option periods and a 6-month extension.
It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor SAM.gov website for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments.

The NAICS code is 561720 - Janitorial Services and the Product Service Code is S201 - Housekeeping - Custodial Janitorial.
