This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only. This is not a request for quotation or proposal. The U.S. Army is seeking to identify small businesses capable of providing a cognitive performance assessment system for Special Forces operators.

Description:
The Government is seeking a scientifically validated and reliable cognitive testing system to assess the cognitive performance of military personnel. The system will be used to measure brain processes involved in rapid, split-second decision-making. This requirement is for a one-year license agreement.
Salient Characteristics:
The system must meet the following minimum requirements:
