This was a Tiered Evaluation. The RFQ solicited offers from both small and other than small business concerns that will be evaluated in the following tier order: Service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). Veteran-owned small business (VOSB). All other small business concerns. Large business. Offers shall be evaluated on comparative analysis. Each quote must meet the terms and conditions of the RFQ to be considered responsive.
