The South Dakota Department of Public Safety’s Office of Emergency Management is seeking a qualified consultant under solicitation 26RFP20017 to update the Enhanced State Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan. The project requires the consultant to integrate revisions from the FEMA plan crosswalk and ensure the final deliverable meets all requirements for an Enhanced State Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan, including those of the High Hazard Dam Program.
