NSWC PCD is seeking information regarding sources that have the capability, facilities, and equipment to (1) fabricate the items in accordance with a Government Furnished Technical Data Package (TDP) in quantity; and (2) test the items in accordance with the requirements of the attached TDP at the subassembly and assembly levels. This should include documentation of past specialized experience and technical competence in building similar devices, up to three (3) past projects for which your firm was the prime contractor. There is no specific format or outline that submittals must follow. (6) Identify the facilities and equipment available to fabricate and test the items. (7) Provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost per item and estimated lead time to fabricate and test. Summaries should be no longer than five pages in length. Electronic submittals should not be larger than 8MB to ensure successful transmission. RESPONSES: Interested parties may provide electronic submittals to be received by the Government by 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, 06 NOVEMBER 2015. Each response must reference the RFI title. Information provided will be treated as Business Sensitive and will not be shared outside of Government activities and agencies without the permission of the provider. All information shall be provided free of charge to the Government.
