The anticipated period of performance consists of a 12-month base year with two 12-month options, totaling three years. Interested respondents must submit a vendor profile and a summary of technical capabilities, including relevant experience from the past three years and geographic coverage across New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties. Responses are due by October 20, 2026, and should be submitted via email to the contract specialist.
