Sale and Removal of Surplus Asphalt Millings

The successful purchaser must pay the full purchase price within ten calendar days of the award notice and complete all loading and removal within sixty calendar days. Before beginning removal, the bidder must provide proof of required insurance and receive written authorization. Final acceptance of the contract is contingent upon an inspection by the Director of Public Works to ensure that both sites are left clean, stable, and safe, with all debris removed and any pavement or ground damage repaired.
