The town is specifically seeking a residential development of up to six units that contribute to the Subsidized Housing Index, while prioritizing the preservation of the original historic structure and its west-facing facade. Proposers must demonstrate a track record of multi-unit housing projects in Massachusetts and provide certified financial statements to verify their financial standing. A refundable bid deposit of 5% of the offer price is required via certified check or money order. All proposals must remain firm for 120 days following the bid opening.
