Sealed tenders will be received by the Administrator of the Town of Norquay up until October 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. for the purchase of the following surplus municipal gravel pit properties in RM St.Philips 1. Property Description Both parcels are currently used as gravel pit lands and contain aggregate-bearing gravel and soil deposits. Prospective bidders are solely responsible for conducting their own investigations regarding the quantity, quality, accessibility, and suitability of any aggregate, gravel, sand, soil, or other materials located on the property.
