Proposals must be good for 60 days. Key Dates: 21 May 2011 to 16 July 2011 (EIGHT (8) WEEK PROJECT) with three (3) two-week options General Information: The U.S. Virgin Islands Property & Fiscal Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal to award a Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) contract for leasing of specified equipment. This requirement will be solicited as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS CODE is 532412, Construction, Mining, and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. The small business size is $7 million. The SIC Code is 7353, Earth moving equipment rental or leasing without operator, not elsewhere classified. Background: This is a Department of Defense initiative to train National Guard Units and provide Community Assistance.
