The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive proposals until 1:00 p.m. MT on April 24, 2025, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for professional engineering and surveying services in support of the Salt River Public Access Area (PAA) Improvement Plan, located along the Salt River in Lincoln County, Wyoming. This project will consist of the design of boat ramps, location of easement and property boundaries, the locations of new comfort stations, and the rehabilitation of existing boat ramps as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Companies wishing to download the RFP must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only proposals submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered.
