The 208 East 22nd Street Parking Lot Improvements and Public Access Improvements (Drawing Nos. 1-3514 and 1-3536) Project consists of demolition of the Red Car maintenance and storage facility and fisherman storage areas and other existing improvements including clearing and grubbing, grading, asphalt concrete paving, and striping; installation of site lighting and conduit for future cabling; security fencing and cameras; parking ticket dispensers, pay stations, and gate arms; cast-in-place concrete retaining walls; construction of a concrete masonry unit (CMU) restroom building with utilities; and other improvements.
