Full Description

A Class 2 Conditional Use Permit to allow a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with a proposed 5, 883 square-foot Virtual Reality (VR) Arcade (Sandbox VR) which includes 7 indoor seats within an existing mixed-use development. The proposed arcade includes four 456 square-foot play area rooms with 12 VR games. Proposed hours of operation will be from 10 am to 11 pm Monday through Friday and 10 am to 12 am, Saturday and Sunday in the (T)(Q)C2-2D-CPIO Zone.
