Notice to Proposer(s) Request for Proposal (RFP) Consultant Competitive Negotiation Act (CN) Lee County, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified individuals/firms for the attached solicitation. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONSULTANT to provide construction engineering and inspection services to support the implementation of resiliency and infrastructure hardening improvements along portions of Sanibel – Captiva Road and Captiva Drive to address roadway failures, storm surge washouts, and coastal erosion caused by recent hurricane events.
