PWGSC, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Correctional Service Canada is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of construction services to build a new discharge sanitary piping system for the pumping station of the Penitentiary. The existing piping system is old and partially blocked and at a lost of efficiency. Cleaning chambers will be installed on the new piping to allow necessary cleaning and maintenance.
