Santa Rosa Water Reclamation Facility Sewer Rehabilitation and Adams Avenue Sewer Rehabilitation

The contract involves the full rehabilitation of sewer infrastructure at two locations: the Santa Rosa Water Reclamation Facility and Adams Avenue. At the Santa Rosa Water Reclamation Facility, approximately 780 linear feet of 24-inch ductile iron pipe will undergo full-length rehabilitation within the facility boundaries. The Adams Avenue project includes the full rehabilitation of approximately 200 linear feet of 24-inch vitrified clay pipe at the intersection of Adams Avenue and Fig Street, as well as the rehabilitation of two associated manholes. The scope of work also requires obtaining an encroachment permit from the City of Murrieta, preparing and implementing a traffic control plan, and developing a sewer bypass plan to maintain operations during the rehabilitation efforts.
