Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, by the County Auditor of Otter Tail County for Project No. SAP 056-599-064; Bridge 56J33 and Approaches. Electronic bids shall be submitted through Otter Tail County's online bidding system (bidVault). Mailed or hand delivered bids are not allowed. Project No.: SAP 056-599-064; Located on Moccasin Road, 0.7 miles south of Junction CSAH 40 over Wing River; Length of project: 0.108 miles. Minimum Wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.
Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners or their designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids in the Long Lake Room at the Office of the Otter Tail County Engineer, 505 South Court Street, Fergus Falls, MN. Physical copies of the proposal including plans may be examined and/or secured at the Office of the Otter Tail County Engineer, 505 South Court Street, Fergus Falls, MN 56537. Cost of physical copies of proposal including plans is $50.00 (Non-refundable)
