SAP - Annual Mandatory Compliance Testing of UST

The Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Air and Radiation is seeking annual mandatory compliance testing for fourteen underground storage tanks (USTs) located at the National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory in Ann Arbor, Michigan, under a simplified acquisition procedure. This requirement, identified by solicitation number 68HE0M26Q0017, is a sole-source procurement exclusively for authorized service providers or original equipment manufacturers, with Oscar W. Larson Co. identified as the intended source. The work encompasses annual and triennial inspections of 35 tank compartments and one fuel dispenser, conducted in strict compliance with federal, state, and local codes including NFPA 70, 29 CFR Part 1910, EPA Facilities Manuals, and the 2014 AACS R 29.5601 standards.
