NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of quantity 27 Vacuum Spine Boards. The products must be lightweight, durable, compact for aircraft storage, and capable of maintaining immobilization effectiveness during litter transport, vertical lifting, and austere SAR operations.
