(1) Description: The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to renovate/remodel office space in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) and any associated Specifications and Drawings. Construction services will include but are not limited to the following: construct new office and conference room within existing structure, relocate and install doors, install electrical outlets, install cabinets, and provide new interior signage. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $15,000,000. (2) Location of the work: 200 Hensley Ave., Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Texas, 76127. (3) Tentative dates: (a) Solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website www.fbo.gov on or about 04 August 2017 and will include a quotation due date not less than 30 days thereafter. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the FBO website for the solicitation package. (b) Site visit. Potential offerors should note that a site visit will be conducted. The tentative date for the site visit is on or about 16 August 2017. The specific date, time, location, and procedure for gaining access to the installation will be included in the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the FBO website for site visit information within the solicitation. (c) Period of performance. 90 days after notice to proceed (NTP). (4) Any Plans, Specifications and Drawings will be posted to the FBO website with the solicitation package. (5) Quotation due date. The quotation due date will be at least 30 days after the solicitation is posted to the FBO website and is tentatively expected to be on or about 05 September 2017, with the exact date and time to be specified in the solicitation. (6) This project is a 100% set aside for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns. (7) Solicitation documents. No charge shall be incurred for solicitation documents, as the solicitation and all related documents will be available electronically via the FBO website. (8) All responsible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award. It is highly recommend that interested vendors register immediately in order to be eligible for contract award. The SAM website can be accessed at www.sam.gov.
