Full Description

The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to award to Executive Information Systems (ESI), 6901 Rockledge DR STE 600, Bethesda, MD, on a sole source basis, for the purchase of SAS software upgrades and maintenance. EIS has a signed six-year partnership agreement with SAS to act as the contractor for SAS customers. Competing this requirement and awarding to any other source would result in substantial delays and disruption of a software system already in place and would also increas e the overall cost to the Government. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be consider ed by the agency. If no written responses are received at least fifteen (15) days after the publication of this response, the purchase will be awarded without further notice.
