It also includes repaving the approaches to the bridge on Fountain Place Road, improving the access road with asphalt patching and tree removal, constructing infiltration basins, and installing an 18 inch culvert. Fountain Place Road will be closed to public during construction, but the contractor will maintain a detour for the public.
