DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being reissued for Statistics Canada for Enhancing the Cybersecurity Risk Management Program under the Solution-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This solicitation of bids cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of bids number J079789/A dated 2025-04-14 with a closing of 2025-05-21 at 2:00 pm EDT. QUALIFICATION Only SBIPS SA Holders currently holding a SBIPS SA for Tier 1 under the domain of Security Management, under the EN537-05IT01 series of SAs are eligible to compete. EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY • Mandatory Corporate Technical Evaluation • Rated-Point Resource Technical Evaluation • Financial Evaluation (capped budget) • Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (50%) and Price (50%) SECURITY REQUIREMENTS See Details in the RFP. DURATION OF CONTRACT It is intended to result in the award of one (1) Contract, from the Contract Award date to March 31, 2026.
