Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) – Science & Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB) requires a scaffolding contractor to install a scaffolding at “K” elevation, including hoarding and plexiglass sheets. To provide a portable outdoor toilet for the duration of the scaffolding rental. The contractor will be required to include up to 8 rental periods of 28 days and dismantle the scaffolding and clean the site once asked by the Department Representative. The contractor will also be required to provide a certificate by a structural engineer.
