This small business set-aside requirement covers three primary service areas: floor covering removal and replacement, application of protective coatings including painting and water blasting, and miscellaneous like-in-kind repairs to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The contract structure includes a base ordering period from December 15, 2026, to December 14, 2027, with four subsequent option years and a final six-month extension. The contract establishes a vehicle for new construction, alteration, repair, and demolition services, as well as design-build capabilities, across various locations including the Air Base, Weapons Station, and other associated sites. The overall contract capacity is 400 million dollars over a period of performance spanning five years and six months, with individual task orders generally valued between 1 million and 30 million dollars.
