Save one copy of the record in .pdf format on each of TWO supplied external drives (tocreate two duplicate external hard drives). Scanning: Scan approximately 1,500,000 pages. Most pages (estimated 85%) are 8-1/2 X 11" sizeddocuments, some (estimated 10%) are 8-1/2 x 14" and 11 X 17" sized documents. It isestimated that 5% of the documents are oversized drawing (36x48 or larger). All files must bekept in the same order as furnished. Contractor must reassemble the originals as found. SCANNING DATA SPECIFICATIONS ? Scan documents 300dpi, save as .pdf. - Black and white originals shall be scanned as black and white - Color originals shall be scanned as color. - Original documents are a mix of single and double-sided pages. - First page of the .pdf file shall be a scan of the folder cover, including the folder label.? Process for OCR. ? File name for .pdf is to be same as folder labeling (e.g. LRH-2016-0928-SCR). ? All scans are to be at same size as originals.?
