ScanWorks software licenses Combo Synopsis/Solicitation Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) ScanWorks has unique capability of higher level functions (Hierarchical Scan Description Language (HSDL) for boundary scan testing of ADTE Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICS) designed and used by General Electric (GE). ScanWorks offers a complete set of tools for debugging, testing, and programing all within the ScanWorks 3.15 platform that are required by the TPSs for performance and diagnostic testing strategies that include boundary scan, memory, and processor devices. The ADTE Legacy and Diminishing Manufacturing Source (DMS) versions of the Controller Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) and I/O Processor CCA have processors requiring Processor Control Test (PCT) software and two Boundary Scan devices that require performance and diagnostic testing. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
