SCBA Air Compressor

The 5th Civil Engineering Squadron at Minot Air Force Base is seeking a self-contained "all in one" SCBA Air Compressor Fill Station system to replace an existing unit, with strict dimensional constraints not exceeding 105 inches wide, 35 inches deep, and 80 inches high to fit within a designated room. The system must include one Compressor Module, one Two Cylinder Fill Station Module, and one Air Sample Quality Test, all configured as an integrated unit featuring simultaneous filling and exchange capabilities, automatic storage refill valves, pressure regulators, and both unregulated rear and regulated front outlets capable of minimum 6000 PSI. The system must meet or exceed NFPA 1901 standards, include a minimum three-bank cascade system, and be fully operational upon installation. The contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of the old system, unpacking, installing, pressure testing, and commissioning the new equipment, including all necessary electrical, plumbing, and securing work per manufacturer guidelines, as well as providing on-site operation training to personnel on the day of installation, backed by a minimum two-year warranty. This requirement is issued as a Firm-Fixed Price solicitation under NAICS code 333912 as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, meaning only qualified small businesses may submit offers. The solicitation, number FA452826QRB01, was issued with a response deadline extended to July 16, 2026, and quotes must remain valid through October 1, 2026. Technical capability is a pass/fail gate, requiring full compliance with all performance and design specifications as detailed in Attachment 1; failure results in automatic disqualification.
