The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to make a sole source award to "VizuAll Inc" for the purchase of ScheduAll Module products. ScheduALL is designed specifically as media management software for broadcast television studios. Of all of the software evaluated, it is the only software that meets all of the unique needs of the IRS broadcast studio and will interface with Microsoft Outlook and generate the broadcast schedule that is updated daily and posted on Corporate Television's website on IRWeb. The use of ScheduAll software is essential to the Government's requirement, thereby procluding consideration of software manufactured by another company. This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bid. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action. If parties choose to respond, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency however, any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or any other costs incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
