The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is establishing the PS752 Commemorative Scholarship Programs to pay tribute to the accomplished academics and large number of students who contributed to the Canadian post-secondary community and who were among the 176 victims who perished in the downing PS752. DFATD is granting $5 million in scholarships over 5 years, starting in the academic year of 2023-2024 up to the academic year of 2027-28, with the end goal of funding a total of 176 individual scholarships.DFATD requires the services of a Contractor to fine tune the design, to implement and to deliver the PS752 Commemorative Scholarship Program.This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60ZT-16TSSB/XXX/ZT Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following Stream: Stream 3: Project Management Services.
