School Health — Medical supply solutions

Master Agreement 090925-SHC is a cooperative purchasing contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota local government unit, and School Health Corporation for the provision of comprehensive medical supply solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, School Health Corporation provides a 13 percent discount and ceiling-based pricing across all categories, with additional discounts between 18 and 63 percent on select items and free shipping on orders exceeding 125 dollars. The supplier is required to submit quarterly sales reports and pay an administrative fee of 1 to 2 percent to Sourcewell. Performance is governed by a solutions-based approach where inspection and acceptance are handled at the transaction level between the supplier and the participating public entity. The contract mandates strict compliance with federal and state regulations, including the Buy American Act, EPA recovered materials standards, and non-discriminatory employment practices.
