The estimated total contract value for the base period is 240 million dollars, based on an estimated annual transaction volume of 60 million dollars. The agreement has an estimated four-year term starting October 2, 2025, and ending October 1, 2029, with the possibility of up to three one-year extensions. School Nurse Supply Inc. provides a flat 10 percent discount on all catalog and online products with no exclusions and offers free shipping on orders exceeding 50 dollars. Award selection was based on a best-value trade-off process evaluating pricing, solution breadth, delivery capacity, marketing plans, and financial viability.
