Science & Technology Classroom / Cace Classroom Extension Project

The Campbell Union High School District is soliciting qualifications and proposals for the Science and Technology Classroom / CACE Classroom Extension Project under solicitation number 27-002. This project utilizes a lease-leaseback construction structure as defined by Education Code section 17406, et seq. The selected firm will be responsible for a comprehensive scope of work including pre-construction services such as constructability reviews, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, and budgeting, as well as the full range of construction services required for the development and completion of the classroom extension in San Jose, California. Interested bidders must be prequalified by the District and registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Compliance with prevailing wage requirements, skilled and trained workforce mandates, and the District's Project Labor Agreement is mandatory. Proposals must be submitted as an RFQ/P Packet containing both a Statement of Qualifications and a Proposal. Submissions must include five bound physical copies and one electronic copy on a USB flash drive; oral, email, or facsimile submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for proposal submission is October 16, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., following a mandatory information meeting scheduled for September 22, 2026.
