Service response times are guaranteed at two business days for Zone 1 and Zone 2, with a target of three business days for other zones. This is a sole-source procurement based on the determination that Life Technologies Corporation is the only responsible source capable of meeting the requirements, as they are the sole manufacturer and provide factory-certified engineers who undergo a multi-step certification program renewed every two years.
