Scrap Metal Salvage and Transport

This subcontract for the County of Santa Clara Department of Planning and Development involves the provision of labor and equipment to collect, process, and haul salvaged aluminum and steel. The selected provider will support prime contractors by performing on-site shearing and sorting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals using industrial magnets and heavy-haul trucks. All services will be performed in Cupertino, California. To qualify for this engagement, the contractor must possess a Commercial Driver's License and valid scrap metal dealer permits. The scope of work includes the delivery of removed scrap metal and the provision of corresponding recycling weight tickets to ensure proper documentation of materials.
