The contract involves the procurement of 184 units of close tolerance screws (NSN 5305-01-038-9555) with a delivery schedule of 171 days after the award date. This acquisition is managed by the ASC Commodities Division under the Department of Defense and is specific to Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The solicitation number for this contract is SPE4A6-26-T-878F, with a response deadline set for March 12, 2026. The contract incorporates various technical and quality requirements from the DLA Master List, ensuring compliance with defense standards relevant at the time of solicitation or award. Additionally, the contract includes several compliance clauses addressing packaging requirements, removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies, and physical marking of bare items. Export controls are a significant component, as the screws involve technical data subject to ITAR and EAR regulations, restricting export and disclosure without prior authorization. Access to this controlled information is limited to contractors certified under the US/Canada Joint Certification Program and trained in handling export-controlled data, with oversight by the Defense Logistics Agency. Item unique identification is exempted based on customer request, and the designated point of contact for inquiries is Deborah Jordan at the Defense Logistics Agency.
